William, I (Willem Frederik, Prince of Orange-Nassau; 24 August 1772 – 12 December 1843) was a Prince of Orange, the King of the Netherlands and Grand Duke of Luxembourg.

Translation:

William, by the grace of God, King of Pay Bas Prince of Orange-Nassau, Duke of Luxembourg, etc. etc. etc.

On the representation which has been made to us in behalf of Sieur Bourdin, Jean-Louis Daniel, born in Frestieux Department of Laisne, Kingdom of France, to the effect right given to the people born in Belgium, it is his desire to obtain our Munificience of Letters of Naturalization.

Taking into consideration his long residence in Belgium, his marriage to a Belgian woman, and his honorable conduct on the job.

On the report of Our Commissaire General of Justice, We agreed to take into account this petition of the aforesaid Sieur, and consequently We have by these Presents, signed by of Our hand, grant, to that Sieur Bourdin, Jean-Louis all the Rigtns which are enjoyed by citizens of Belgium. We charge Our Commissaire General of Justice with doing all that is required by Our Edict of December 24, 1814, to affect the aforementioned Sieur Bourdin can obtain, after payment of charges for the extraordinary Stamp and those for the Recording fixed by aforementioned Edict, these present Letters of naturalization which We prove with our Seal.

Given at our Palace the 12th of May in the year 1815.
