VKD-28 is Russian spacewalk No. 28

On February 16, 2011, Skripochka and Kondratyev participated in a spacewalk (Russian spacewalk #28) outside the ISS. Skripochka and Kondratyev's tasks included installing a radio antenna, deploying a nanosatellite, setting up two experiments, and obtaining two exposure panels in the third experiment. The experiments they set up are the Lightning-Gamma experiment, which measures gamma-ray bursts and optical radiation in Earth's lightning and thunder conditions, and an experiment with a high-speed data transmission system using radio technology. The resulting display panels are part of a Komplast experiment.
