Soyuz MS-22 is a Russian Soyuz spaceflight to ISS with a crew of three launched from Baikonur on 21 September 2022.

The mission was planned to last around six months with a return to Earth in early 2023. However, damage to the spacecraft extended the mission, and the crew eturned to Earth with Soyuz MS-23 in September 2023 — 370.6 days later. 

Francisco Carlos "Frank"Rubio (born December 11, 1975) is an American flight surgeon,US Army lieutenant colonel and helicopter pilot, and NASA astronaut. He holds the American record for the longest spaceflight at 370 days.

Sergey Valeryevich Prokopyev (born 19 February 1975) is a Russian cosmonaut. On 6 June 2018 he launched on his first flight into space aboard Soyuz MS-09 and spent 197 days in space as a flight engineer on Expedition 56/57.

Dmitry Aleksandrovich Petelin (born July 10, 1983) is a Russian cosmonaut who was part of the 2012 selection group.
