Vladimir Aleksandrovich Shatalov (1927) is a former Soviet cosmonaut who flew three space mission: Soyuz 4, Soyuz 8, Soyuz 10.  

 This is very famous well know postcard, issued in USSR by Publishing House “Pravda”, 1969.
